Cleaning and a change of bed linen are provided once a week free of charge. On request we are happy to arrange more frequent cleaning for an extra fee, according to your wishes.

Our villas have a kitchen equipped for a comfortable stay and for preparing your own meals.

Deer Villas is located in the quiet area of Hin Kong on the tropical island of Koh Phangan in Thailand, about 500 metres from the sea. The location offers pleasant privacy together with easy access to restaurants, beaches and other interesting places on the island.

You reach Koh Phangan by ferry, most often from the neighbouring island of Koh Samui or from the mainland. Once on Koh Phangan, you can continue by taxi straight to our villas. We are happy to help with transport and arrange all the transfers you need.

Yes, guests can park right at the accommodation.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please contact us in advance and we will gladly discuss the options.

Electricity is charged separately according to actual consumption, at 8 THB/kWh. Water is included in the price.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on current occupancy. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us in advance.
